I wanted to share some of the images I recently shot for promotional use for Tricia who is a fitness coach for Beachbody. She has been a client of mine for a few year’s now and I’ve watched her as she has built her business and watched her intense drive for taking care of not only herself, but teaching other’s.
Tricia is the proud mother of two young daughters. She and her husband Paul have made it a family way of life being healthy.
We’ve had several long talks about taking care of one’s self and reaching goals. She’s great at giving inspiration and helping to create a different out look. Let’s face it, it’s not always easy being dedicated to taking care of ourselves. Life is fast paced and pressing. I myself find my life going every direction and often feeling out of control. I’ve fallen victim to the same issues. I never had problems with weight until I reached my 30’s and after having a baby, it all went down hill from there. My hectic schedule led me to eat junk and I am often glued to my chair editing away…and thus so grows the waist.
For too long I’ve wanted to change my ways….but I’ve struggled with doubting myself and reaching those goals. But I know my health is not it’s best, I know I need to make changes for my future. I don’t want to create more problems down the road. I want to live to see my son grow up, get married, have his own family, all those things…and knowing the family Historyof health issues that lay before me I need to change.
For me, it’s a hard pill to swallow, my confidence is teetering on making changes to just living as I have…but with a huge sigh, I have decided to take Tricia up on her challenge group for the better of me. I want to make those changes. I need to make those changes. I need to get my life in order once and for all and stop putting it off. Stop making excuses.
I’ve never done a group challenge before, but I look forward to the help of how to change my bad habits. I am most eager to see the results and work towards keeping that life style going. It’s not about vanity for me, but it’s about taking better care of this body. I’ve not treated her good enough over the year’s.
Hard work pays off…
Tricia is full of spunk and is driven to help other’s reach their goals.
So starting Monday I begin with a group of individuals a 30 day challenge. I’m excited and stressed at the same time. But I’m going to throw myself into this and prove to myself that I can reach my goals. If you are interested in finding out more about Tricia’s group’s, you can find out more at http://www.teambeachbody.com/trishz
Wish me luck!! Let’s do this!
