Oh how sweet is the love of a child. Emma wanted to take a walk towards the woods, there she found pretty flowers to carry around. Abby an her little spitting image daughter were too cute in their matching attire.
Emma is 3 year’s old. She was so excited for her photos with Mommy. She was full of kisses and wanting to be close to Mommy.
Emma told Mommy to go first an then she took a turn. She was running the show.
Emma wanted her photo in front of the green tractor for her Uncle…this girl knows all about farm life and loves being a part of it.
Abby’s mother, Candy joined in on a few photos with her girl’s. She is one proud mom and grandma.
It was fun just watching these two interact with each other. Best buddies, best of friends, a strong bond between them.
Emma is so in tune with her Mommy, she would strike up poses without promting. She has a very spunky attitude. Emma is great fun to talk too and hear her perspective on things.
It was another great session with this family. Always great to capture these moments, as children grow so fast and change so much.

I had the pleasure of meeting up with Charis, Dan and Ben to start off the new year with a family portrait. Ben will soon be a big brother, so they wanted to be sure to document this time before the baby arrives. They are looking forward to their spring arrival.
Ben is a charmer, he was so good with the camera, ready with a big smile. He was sure to give his mom kisses and hugs.
Like father, like son, these two are spitting images of one another. How cute is that!
3 is a particular age, you never know for sure what you will get when dealing with a young child, but Ben was a wonderful sport. He was very attentive and all smiles. He was happy to even pose on his own and show Mom and Dad what a big boy he is.
Charis is having a hard time believing how quickly this pregnancy is going and how soon the baby will be here. Weeks pass by quickly an before they know it, that bundle of joy will be in their arms.
This is all Ben….he was so cute, bringing his mom and dad’s heads together with his. Such a fine young man.
Ben loved climbing up on dad for a better view and having a laugh with them. They’ve certainly been blessed with their son, and soon will be doubly blessed.
Fall 2016 was a record season for me. Thank you all so much who I had the pleasure of working with. I’ve truly come to look forward to my fall season. It’s always great to meet new faces, and catch up with families I have worked with over the year’s. I love seeing how much the kiddo’s have changed over the year. I have met some awesome seniors who are getting ready to spread their wings in their final year of high school. Newborns who melt my heart with their sweetness. I have shared in the joy of close friends having their first child to a sweet adoption. From pregnancy announcements, to family reunions. I won’t lie, fall sessions get crazy busy and I don’t see much of my family in those months, but I love it. I have such a good time getting to spend a little time with my clients. 2016 has been a great year and I look forward to the exciting things lined up in 2017. I’m enjoying the slow season now, catching up with my family.
Thank you all for working with me over the past year, it’s been a lot of fun. Can’t wait to see you in the new year! All the best-Kama
Tom and Denise and their happy family, and attentive dogs. It’s one thing to keep the kiddo’s attention, but to have the dog’s, even better.
Robbie, Lizzie and Reagan were such good pups, smiling for the camera. The Chihuahua Robbie is 11, the Boarder Collie is 11, and Reagan the Pitbull is 9 in dog year’s. Tom and Denise’s kids, Andrew and his wife Amy an their daughters Allyson and McKenna and Bryant and their daughter, Jenny an her husband Todd, along with their daughters, Addison and Lucy.
Tom and Denise wanted not only to have some updated photos with their family but also with their aging dogs. They are just as much part of the family.
Allyson and Bryant are 5, and their sister McKenna is 3.
Lucy is 5, and Addison is 6.
The swing in my yard is always a kid favorite……
Denise and Tom have so much to smile about a great son and daughter, an their spouses an their sweet grandbabies and fur babies. What more do you need!
It was a birthday celebration photo session for Jan, given by her lovely daughters, Rachel and Lynsey an their families. We met at Northbank Park to capture some photos of the whole family together.
The kids enjoyed swinging from their parent’s arm’s, always wanting one more swing.
Jan moved to the United States from England not long ago so she could be closer to her girl’s and grandchildren. What a wonderful blessing to have her closer. Fynn, Olive and Jacson all adore her.
It’s easy to see where Lynsey and Rachel get their beauty…..they shared a few laughs and cherished their moments together.
The kids were enthralled by storytelling by J.C.
Dino and Rachel and Olive came up from Atlanta to surprise Jan for her special birthday. They were eager to spend some time with the family and catch up.
Lynsey an her adorable boy’s showing her love. How precious are they!
I love moments like these, where they just loose themselves in the moment… those genuine smiles.
J.C. an his crew.
Jan I am sure is proud of the family her daughter’s have created.
A sweet moment between Rachel and Olive.
These two were a hoot this shoot. One minute they were picking on each other and the next loving on each other. Boys will be boys, but they are absolute sweethearts.
After our photo session, they had dinner plans downtown. The kids were eager for some much anticipated ice cream. One a hot evening like it was, it was the perfect ending to a great evening.
Hope you had a wonderful birthday Jan! The best things in life aren’t the gift’s, but being with those you love =)
